摘要
21世纪将是世界航空工业迅速发展的时代。中国航空工业起步较晚,与先进国家相比,还有一定差距,要在21世纪赶上和超过世界先进水平,现在就必须注重人才培养,并不断提高科研实验手段和制造水平,其中科研实验手段是航空工业发展的一个重要基础。“八五”以来,中国航空工业开始建设一批航空科技重点实验室,以提高我国航空科研实验水平,并将为21世纪我国航空工业的发展打下坚实的基础。这些重点实验室已相继建成,并陆续验收。本刊分两期刊登中国航空工业总公司副总经理张彦仲同志在两个重点实验室验收会上的讲话,介绍建设航空科技重点实验室的目的、意义、原则及其未来发展,以飨读者。
Editer's Note:The 21st Century will be an era of rapid world aviation industry development. Thanks to its later start , the Chinese aviation industry still has a long way to go compared with those advanced countries. If we want to catch up with and surpass the world advanced levels, we have to pay more attention to personnel trainning and improve constantly scientific and technological experimental means and manufacturing levels, of which the experimental means is an important basis of the aviation industry development. Since the Eighth-Five-Year period, a number of key aviation scientific and technological laboratories have been set up to improve our standard of scientific and technological experiment and to lay a strong basis for our 21st Century aviation industry development. These labs have been set up one by one and received their acceptance. In this magazine ,we will publish in two issues the speeches by Vice President Zhang Yanzhong of Aviation Industries of China at the acceptance meeting of the two key labs. The speeches will introduce readers the principle, purpose, significance and its future development of key aviation scientific and technolgical labs.
