论企业中风险管理者(机构)的设立及其职能

On the Setting Up of Risk Manager (Division) and the Function of Risk Management

在分析企业中风险及我国对此的管理现状的基础上,本文提出了企业要积极地系统地进行风险管理工作,在企业中设立风险管理者(机构)的建议,并论述了其职能。

On the basis of the analysis of risk in an enterprise and the status of risk management in China's enterprise, it is pointed out that the risk management must be done systematically and on the enterprise's own initiative. The setting up of Risk Manager (Division) and the function of risk management have been put forward in the paper.
