广州地区图书馆职称评审中存在的问题分析

Analysis on the Problems in the Professional Title Evaluation of the Libraries in Guangzhou Area

图书馆职称评审对图书馆工作的开展起到了一定的促进作用,但现行的图书馆职称评审也存在一些问题。以广州地区为例,简要分析了图书馆职称评审工作中继续教育、外语政策、论文质量等方面存在的一些问题。

The professional title evaluation of the library plays a role in promoting the development of library work.But there are some problems in existing professional title evaluation of the library.Taking Guangzhou Area as an example,this paper makes an analysis on the problems existing in the professional title evaluation of the library such as the continuous education,foreign language policy,and thesis quality,etc.
