Through the investigate and survey on nonprofit cultural needs of Qinhuangdao＇s urban residents,and based on the understanding the characteristics of cultural needs and cultural consumption status of Qinhuangdao＇s urban residents,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on satisfying and guiding the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.
