探讨了采煤机过构造专用滚筒的研制和应用的问题,即有针对性地加强采煤机机身连接强度和中间电控箱的抗震能力,配备特制重型割矸滚筒,配合专用硬岩截齿,实现中型采煤机在工作面遇到地质构造(断层或陷落柱)(f≤6)时能正常截割通过,提高工作效率。

This paper probes into the problem of the development and application of coal cutter＇s special cylinder passing through the geologic structures,that is to strengthen the joint strength of coal cutter＇s frame and the seismic capability of intermediate electric cabinet,equip a specially-made heavy-type gangue-cutting cylinder cooperating with special hard-rock cutting teeth to realize that the medium coal cutter can normally cut and pass through the geologic structures（fault or collapse column）（f≤6）on the mining face and increase the working efficiency.
