摘要
结合实际工程,从结构体系、性能化设计等方面对高层住宅错层剪力墙结构进行了分析,并采用SATWE和ETABSV9.2.0对其分别进行结构计算,从而评价其抗震性能,同时对错层处墙体、楼板采取一系列加强措施。结果表明,采用合理的性能化设计,对重要墙体采取详细分析,结构的抗震性能满足规范要求。
Connecting with the engineering practice,this paper analyzes the staggered-floor shear-wall structure design of a high-rise residential building from aspects of structural system,and performance-based design,etc.,makes the structural calculations by using SATWE and ETABS V9.2.0 respectively for evaluating its anti-seismic capability,and adopts a series of reinforcement measures for the walls and floors at the splitting location.
