摘要
目的用现代药理学方法探讨"瑰及"乳膏祛腐生肌作用的机理。方法采用皮肤全层缺损创面大鼠模型,采用免疫组化和图像分析相结合的方法,观察"瑰及"乳膏对创面修复不同时期肉芽组织中基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase-1,MMP-1)、MMP-3和Ⅰ型胶原变化的影响。结果采用"瑰及"乳膏治疗后能够显著改善创面MMP-1、MMP-3,促进创面Ⅰ型胶原分泌。结论 "瑰及"乳膏祛腐生肌作用的可能机理是促进金属蛋白酶MMP-3的活性,通过抑制MMP-1的分泌,从而使创面Ⅰ型胶原的分泌增加,起到促进创面愈合的作用。
Objective To understand the mechanism of Guiji Cream for dispelling effects on corrupt microorganism by pharmacological methods.Methods To make models of the rats full-layer skin to observe their effects on collagen typeⅠ(CⅠ) and matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) and MMP-3 in granulation tissue of wound at various stages of healing with immuno-histochemistry technique and image-analysis system.Results The expression of CⅠand the level of MMP-1 and MMP-3 were obviously improved after treatment of Guiji Cream.Conclusion The probable mechanism of Guiji Cream for dispelling effects on corrupt microorganism is that it acts on promoting wound healing with promoting the activity of MMP-3 and inhibiting the secretion of MMP-1 to increase the CⅠcontent in granulation tissue of wound.
