摘要
目的考察11批不同厂家天麻胶囊的天麻素含量。方法采用HPLC法测定天麻胶囊中的天麻素。结果 11批天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量为26.4~235.1μg.粒-1。结论应增加天麻素的含量测定项目,以保证临床用药安全有效。
Objective To investigate the quality of 11 batches of Tianma Capsules from different manufacturers.Methods The contents of gastrodin in Tianma Capsules were determined by HPLC.Results The amount of gastrodin in each Tianma Capsule was 26.4～235.1μg.Conclusion The content of gastrodin shall be increased in order to ensure safe and effective clinical treatment.
