川芎提取物对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病模型大鼠血糖的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究川芎提取物对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法:以链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠为研究对象,用50%EtOH、100%EtOH、H2O三种溶液提取3周后,测定血糖、血清、胰岛素及降低血糖相关酶(葡萄糖激酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶)的活性。结果:100%EtOH的提取物降血糖效果最好,H2O提取物没有降血糖作用。葡萄糖激酶只有在50%EtOH提取物活性增加,100%EtOH和H2O提取物活性没有增加,葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶在所有的提取物中活性增加2.6~3.6倍,100%EtOH的提取物活性增加最显著。6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶在50%EtOH和100%EtOH大幅度增加15.8倍和12.8倍。结论:川芎提取物对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠有降血糖作用,提高糖代谢关联酶中葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶的活性是其作用机制之一。
