摘要
缺血性心肌病（ICM）是由严重长期的冠状动脉供血不足引起的，ICM治疗重点在于对心功能的调整、心律失常的操控和心肌再生。在不同的治疗阶段都需要进行有针对性的护理。本文就ICM的治疗及护理进展做一综述。
Isehemia myocardiopathy （ICM） was caused by chronic and severe ischemia of coronary artery, and arrhythmia and heart failure were main symptom. Treatment included heart function improvement, prevention of arrhythmia and regeneration of myocardium, and corresponding nursing strategy. Healthy education was needed throughout duration of ICM, it should be involved in nursing all the time, especially when patients were in worse situation. This manuscript reviewed the progress in nursing of isebemia myocardiopathy.
