眼神呆滞反应迟钝言语缓慢

摘要患者女，27岁，农民。因“眼神呆滞、反应迟钝、言语缓慢半个月余”入院。患者于1个月前有“感冒”病史，自诉“头沉”、头部不适感，在当地医院脑电图示异常，诊断为“病毒性脑炎”，给予输液治疗（具体不详）。
