城市地名信息系统的设计与实现

Study On Design and Realization of Urban Toponym Information System

地名是最常用的社会公共信息之一,随着城市化进展加快,人们对其共享和更新的要求越来越高。本文利用数据库、地理信息系统以及计算机等多种技术设计出一种具有网络层、数据层、功能层和应用层的通用地名信息系统框架;其次,依照国家关于地名管理和地名数据建设的相关标准和规范要求,引入地名时空数据库,解决了地名数据标准格式不统一、共享困难的难题,并基于地名业务的带图作业流程实现地名数据的动态更新机制,从而对外提供现势的地名信息;最后本文描述了地名信息系统基本功能模块的实现和应用。

Toponym is one of the most common social and public information,with the urbanization progress accelerated,the update and sharing requirements are increasing more highly.Firstly,this thesis uses database,geographic information systems,computer and other various comprehensive measures to design the system framework based on the network layer,data layer,function layer and application layer.Secondly,according to the national standards and specifications on Toponym management and database construction,the spatio-temporal database is founded to address uniform data standard format and sharing problems.Based on official business with geographical data,Toponym database is updated dynamically to provide users with real-time information.At last,this paper describes the realization of system＇s basic models and its application processes.
