摘要
为解决矿用主要通风机风量值测试的稳定性和有效性问题,将数据融合方法引入其中。在对单传感器一致数据统计分析的基础上,剔除疏忽误差求出平均值,再由测试中心对多传感器数据进行融合。在多传感器数据融合的算法中,对阙值区间函数进行改进,采用二次曲线来消除阙值点处相互支持的模糊性。实际应用表明,风量测试数据准确、可靠。
To enhance the stability and validity of the ventilation quantity in minemain ventilator,a novel arithmetic of sensor data fusion was presented.A sensor error data was deleted by statistics theory and the mean value of valid data was worked out.Mean values of multi-sensors were obtained and fused by intelligent station.An original algorithm of similar multi-sensor data fusion was introduced.The fusion results are independent of the interdependence of multi-sensor data threshod value set according to experience.According to the fuzziness determining the relation matrix,a threshold interval is proposed to estimate the degree of the support among the sensors.The conic is used in the threshold interval.The application indicated that the data of the ventilation quantity is accurate and reliable.
