终末期癌症患者疲倦感与希望感的相关性研究

The relevant research of final stage cancer patients＇ weary feeling and hope feeling

目的了解终末期癌症患者的疲倦感与希望感的现状，探讨癌症患者疲倦感与希望感的相关性及影响因素，为临床护理人员提高癌症终末期患者的护理质量提供参考和依据。方法以我院肿瘤科80名终末期癌症患者为研究对象，采用疲倦量表和希望量表进行调查分析，用SPSS13．0对量表数据进行统计分析。结果终末期癌症患者的整体疲倦感为5．86分，成中等偏上水平，对生活的干预程度为4．60分，为中等偏低水平；整体希望感为2．56分，属中等水平。疲倦感程度与其希望感呈显著负相关（P〈0．01）。结论终末期癌症患者的疲倦程度和生活干预程度与患者的希望感呈显著负相关，终末期癌症患者的整体希望感仅呈中等水平，患者家属和医务人员都应发挥各自的角色作用，降低患者的疲劳感，提高患者的希望感。

Objective To understand final stage cancer patients＇weary feeling and the hope feelingl present situation, discuss the influencing factors, provide the reference and the data to improve last stage cancer patients＇nursing quality. Methods There were 80 final stage cancer patients as the objects of study, the weary meter and the hope meter were used, SPSS13.0 was carried on the statistical analysis. Results The last stage cancer patients＇whole weary feeling was 5. 86 points finally, at the medium level the degree oflife intervention level was 4. 60 points, at low level. The whole hope feeling was 2. 56 points, at the medium level. The weary feeling degree was assumed the remarkable inverse correlation with its hope feeling （P〈0.01） . Conclusions Final stage cancer patients＇weary degree and the life intervention level assume the remarkable inverse correlation with patients＇hope feeling, the last stage cancer patients＇whole hope feeling only assumes the medium level. The patients＇family member and the medical personnel should play the respective role to reduce patients＇weary feeling, enhance patient＇s hope feeling.
