程序化护理干预对全髋关节置换患者康复效果的影响

Program of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with total hip replacement effect

目的 探讨程序化护理干预对全髋关节置换患者康复效果的影响.方法 选择行全髋关节置换术的患者100例,将其随机分为对照组50例和干预组50例.对照组按常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采取渐进型知识指导,互动式行为训练及出院后追踪随访至术后3个月,比较两组患者的临床康复效果.结果 干预组在术后排尿、排便、压疮、住院天数、髋关节功能恢复方面优于对照组,有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 程序化护理干预,可明显提高术后髋关节功能康复的效果,减少并发症.

Objective To explore the process of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with total hip replacement effect. Methods Total hip arthroplasty 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was given the usual nursing, the intervention group was given progressive guide , interactive behavioral training and follow up after discharge until 3 months after surgery. The clinical rehabilitation results were compared. Results The urination, defecation,pressure ulcers, length of stay, functional recovery of hip joint were better in intervention group than those of the control group （ P 〈0. 05）Conclusions The nursing intervention program can significantly improve functional recovery after hip results, and reduce complications.
