摘要
简要介绍了高校图书馆男性馆员的现状,分析了影响高校图书馆男性馆员心理健康的主要因素,提出了维护男性馆员身心健康的具体措施。
This paper briefly introduces the current situation of university＇s male librarians,analyzes some main factors influencing the psychological health of male librarians in university library,and puts forward some concrete measures for maintaining the physical and psychological health of the male librarians.
