开展"首问责任制"是提高图书馆服务水平和服务质量的有效手段。阐述了高职图书馆"首问责任制"的含义与实施要求,分析了高职图书馆推行"首问责任制"的必要性和重要意义。
Carrying out the first-asking responsibility system is an effective way for improving library's service level and service quality.This paper expounds the connotations and implementation requirements of the first-asking responsibility system of the library of higher vocational college,and analyzes the necessity and important significance of promoting the first-asking responsibility system in the library of higher vocational college.
