摘要
介绍了我国冶金工业的发展概况以及天津冶金职业技术学院的概况,对冶金高职院校图书馆开放获取冶金特色文献资源建设进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the general development of China＇s metallurgical industry and the general situation of Tianjin Metallurgical Vocational and Technical College,and probes into the construction of OA（Open Access） metallurgical characteristic literature resources in higher metallurgical vocational college.
