摘要 从职业倦怠的定义出发,对中学图书馆员职业倦怠的成因进行了分析,提出了缓解馆员职业倦怠的对策。 Starting from the definition of the job burnout,this paper analyzes the causes of the job burnout of middle school＇s librarians,and puts forward some countermeasures for relieving librarians＇ job burnout.
