依据公安部提出的"情报主导警务"思想,结合犯罪心理的相关知识,提出了"公安心理情报"的理论,并结合实例论述了公安心理情报在打击犯罪方面的作用,旨在解决犯罪心理运用问题和大情报信息系统的完善问题。

According to the concept of ＂intelligence-led police affairs＂ put forward by the Ministry of Public Security of PRC,and connecting with related knowledge of criminal mentality,this paper presents the theory of ＂public security psychological intelligence＂,and combining with the cases,expounds the functions of public security psychological intelligence in fighting against crimes for the purpose of solving the problems in the application of criminal mentality and in the perfection of macro intelligence information system.
