摘要 采用微波消解法处理样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅镉含量,用磷酸二氢铵和硝酸镁混合溶液作为基体改进剂消除干扰。在优化的试验条件下,测得铅、镉检出限分别为0.052mg/kg、0.004mg/kg;相对标准偏差为(n=6)1.57%~4.39%、2.26%~3.13%;回收率为96.5%~104.0%、95.0%~103.3%。 The sample of fish balls was pretreated with MD,and the lead and cadmium content was determined with GFAAS.The mixed solution of NH4H2PO4 and Mg(NO3)2 was used as matrix modifier to eliminate the interference.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the detection limit of Pb and Cd was 0.052 mg/kg and 0.004 mg/kg respectively;the value of RSD(relative standard deviation)(N=6)was found in the range of1.57%-4.39% for Pb and 2.26%-3.13% for Cd respectively;and the recovery rate was in the rang of 96.5%-104.0% for Pb and 95.0%-103.3%.
