摘要
角刚度(又称弹性比力矩)及弹性件在最大摆角下的剪切应变是固体发动机柔性接头设计的重要指标。在考虑固体火箭发动机柔性接头层弹性件几何尺寸的差异的基础上,推导了角刚度及弹性件剪切应变的精确计算公式。算例表明,该方法计算精度更高。
Angular stiffness and elastomer shear strain on maximum swinging angle are important indexes in flexible joint design of solid rocket motor. In this paper, the expressions are derived to calculate the spring moment and elasomer shear strain accurately, considering the dimensional differences among the elastomers of flexible joint. The results show that it has high accuracy.
