摘要
目的临床观察丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法以丁苯酞对60例脑梗死患者进行治疗,并以58例随机对照。结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70.7%,两组相比,临床疗效有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,明显优于对照组。
Objective To observe the curative effects of di-3n-butylphthalide in treating cerebral infarction.Methods The 60 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were treated with di-3n-butylphthalide,as a comparison,58 cases of patients were treated without di-3n-butylphthalide.Results The total effectiveness of treatment group was 95%,the total effectiveness of the comparison group was 70.7%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The curative effects of di-3n-butylphthalide in treating cerebral infarction are significantly better than the control group.
