摘要
目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测前列栓中有效成份三七总皂苷的含量。方法 ODS色谱柱(5μm 4.6 mm×150mm);流动相为乙腈-水;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测器为蒸发光散射检测器。结果 0～11μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),加样回收率为97.8%。结论此方法简便、快捷、准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Panax Notoginseng in Qianlie Suppositories.Methods Using Phenomenex ODS column（5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）;mobile phase：acetonitrile-water;flow rate：1.0 mL·min-1;detector：Evaporative Light-scattering Detector.Results The liner range of the determination was 0～11 μg,（r=0.9995）,and the average recovery was 97.8%.Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate.
