长脉宽1064nmNd:YAG激光治疗樱桃状血管瘤的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 樱桃状血管瘤(cherry hemangioma),又称老年性血管瘤,好发于中、老年人,偶见于青少年。表现为鲜红色或樱桃色丘疹,大小不等,呈隆起性半球形损害,质软,呈海绵状。其治疗方法包括冷冻和CO2激光,均可取得一定的疗效,但遗留瘢痕较明显。585nm或595nm脉冲染料激光已取得很好的疗效,且副作用较小,但穿透性较浅。
