耳廓损伤的急诊整形修复进展 被引量：4

摘要 近年来，随着交通事故增多，耳廓外伤的患者日益增加。因在急诊科往往未能得到以整形手术进行修复，致遗有明显畸形＾［1］。而于10年前，美国整形外科年会上就已要求在生命体征允许的情况下，急症皮肤及软组织外伤应由整形外科医师遵循微创与美学原则进行I期清创修复治疗＾［2］，实现外伤治疗时间与效果的最佳结合。现将近年来对常见耳廓外伤的急诊整形修复进展综述如下。
