腰椎间盘突出症2D-FIESTA Cine成像的临床应用 被引量:1

Clinical application of 2D-FIESTA cine imaging in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的评价2D-FIESTA cine成像在腰椎间盘突出症中的临床应用价值。方法 18例腰椎间盘突出症患者分别行矢状位SE T_1WI,快速SE(FSE)T_2WI,脂肪抑制FSE T_2WI(fat saturation FSE T_2WI,FS-FSE T_2WI)及2D-FIESTA(fast imaging employing steady-state acquisition,FIESTA)cine。回顾性分析18例经手术病理或随访证实腰椎间盘突出症的2D-FIESTA cine表现,并与其他常规序列的MR扫描时间进行比较。结果 18例腰椎间盘突出症患者,共33个椎间盘受累。在SE T_1WI上,病变均呈低信号,FS-FSE T_2WI、FSE T_2WI和FIESTA呈中等信号或低信号。2D-FIESTA cine除可动态显示突出椎间盘的情况,并可清楚显示受压的脊神经。2D-FIESTA的扫描时间仅为T_2WI的13.3%;为T_1WI的17.9%。2D-FIESTA的扫描时间比常规MRI扫描时间短(P<0.001)。结论 2D-FIESTAcine能清楚提供诊断腰椎间盘突出症的有价值的表现,是常规MR检查的有效补充。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of 2D- fiesta cine imaging in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 18 patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent T1- and T2-weighted Spin-Echo (SE) MR images, fat saturation FSE T2WI, FS-FSE T2WI ( FSE TzWI) cine and Fast Imaging Employing Steady state Acquisition (2D-FIESTA) cine MR imaging. We retrospectively analysed the presentations on 2D-FIESTA cine images of all patients who were confirmed to have lumbar disc herniation through surgical histological examination or follow-up, and compare the scanning time with that of other general sequencing MR imaging. Results 18 patients had 33 affected discs. They were present with low signal on SE T1WI, but medium signal on FS-FSE T2WI, FSE T2WI and FIESTA. Except for showing the condition of the herniated disc, 2D-FIESTA cine could also clearly show the compressed spine nerves. The scanning time of 2D-FIESTA cine was only 13.3% of that of TzWI, and 17.9% of that of TIWI. Thus it was significant that the scanning time of2D-FIESTA cine was shorter than conventional MRI scan. Conclusions 2D-FIESTA cine can provide valuable information regarding lumbar disc herniation. It is an effective supplement for conventional MRI.
