摘要
临床资料患者男，50岁。因全身皮疹3个月余，伴痒痛，诊断为“寻常型天疱疮”收入院。入院时血常规和肝肾功能均正常，予甲泼尼龙60mg／d静滴，硫唑嘌呤100mg／d口服。治疗10天，由于皮疹未能完全控制，遂改硫唑嘌呤为150mg／d口服。
