42例白塞病临床回顾性分析
摘要
白塞病目前多认为该病是一慢性血管炎性疾病。临床表现复杂，同时又缺乏特异性的实验室诊断指标和特殊的组织病理学改变，造成该病诊断困难，部分病例甚至长期误诊。
