摘要
目的探讨大鼠卵巢组织及其表面腹膜的结构特点,为卵巢激素正常转运途径的结构基础提供形态学方面的依据。方法选用健康成年雌性SD大鼠,进行相关实验室检查。结果大鼠卵巢淋巴管分布部位和数目不同,以髓质部最多。结论大鼠卵巢表面可见到呈散在或成簇分布于立方细胞之间的淋巴孔,其构成了卵巢组织液与腹膜腔之间双向交通的主要结构基础。
Objective To evaluate the structural features of rat ovarian tissues and its superfacial peritoneum so as to provide morphological basis for the structural basis of ovarian hormones normal transport. Methods We selected the healthy adult female SD rats to do laboratory tests. Results There are differences in distribution location and number of ovarian lymphatic in rat with medulla department most. Conclusion It is visible to see scattered or clustered lymphatic stomata distributed in cuboid cells, which are the main structural basis of two-way traffic between the ovarian tissue fluids and peritoneal cavity.
