摘要
目的比较药物与腹腔镜两种方法治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年6月～2010年9月收治的126例异位妊娠患者,随机分为腹腔镜治疗组和药物治疗组进行治疗。结果腹腔镜组住院时间和β-hcG均显著低于药物治疗组,输卵管通畅率、成功受孕率显著高于药物治疗组。腹腔镜组8例发生持续性异位妊娠(PEP)。药物治疗组有9例出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛。结论腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠的治疗中疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare therapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy using drug treatment and taparoscope. Methods Randomly selected 126 patients of eetopie pregnancy between Jun. 2009 and Sep. 2010, and classified them into laparoscope group and drug treatment group. Results The hospital stays and β-hcG of laparoscope group were significantly lower than drug treatment group, and patency rate of common oviduct and conception rate were significantly higher than drug treatment group. 8 cases in the laparoscope group had PEP. 9 eases in drug treatment group had adverse effect of nausea, vomiting and bellyache. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of laparoseope was effective, and should be widely used in the clinic.
