摘要
分析了城市二氧化硫地面浓度来源，提出了高、中、低架源对地面浓度贡献的理论，由城市污染源排放结构导出该城市的年平均扩散系数，确定城市二氧化硫地面环境质量控制目标。
A theory on contribution of sources from emission of high, middle and low chimneys to SO2 ground concentration based on the analysis of origins of SO2 ground concentration is presented. An atmospheric transfer function is gotten from the city pollution source structure, which reflects the emission manner of sources, Finally, the total amount control targets of SO2 for each city can thus be obtained.
