摘要 [目的]探讨CD4+、CD8+T细胞检测对传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的临床意义。[方法]应用流式细胞仪检测IM患儿27例(IM组)外周血CD4+、CD8+T细胞,同时检测非典型EB病毒感染患儿16例(非典型EB病毒感染组)、传染性单核细胞增多综合征患儿20例(传单综合征组)、正常儿童23例(正常对照组),进行统计分析。[结果]IM组CD4+T细胞(26.76±8.98)%和CD4/CD8比值(0.64±0.31)明显降低,CD8+T细胞(46.36±12.15)%明显升高,与非典型EB病毒感染组、传单综合征组、正常对照组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]检测外周血CD4+、CD8+T细胞可协助IM诊断及患儿免疫功能状况评估。 [Objective] To study the clinical meanings of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in children with infectious mononucleosis(IM).[Methods] By using the flow cytometry,the antigens of CD4 and CD8 on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 27 children with IM(the IM group)were examined,and then were compared with those in 16 children with atypical EB virus infections(the atypical group),20 children with infectious mononucleosis syndrome(the infectious mononucleosis syndrome group) and 23 healthy children(the control group).[Results] By comparing to those of atypical EB virus infections,infectious mononucleosis syndrome and other healthy children,the percentage of CD4+ T lymphocytes(26.76±8.98)% and CD4/CD8 ratio(0.64±0.31) in IM decreased,while the percentage of CD8+ T lymphocytes(46.36±12.15)% increased.There were statistically significant differences between IM and other three groups(P0.05).[Conclusion] Detecting CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of children with IM is helpful in the diagnosis and evaluation of immunologic function.
