HPGPC法对五种中药多糖的分子量分布测定和种类考察

COMPARISON OF THE CHARACTER OF 5 SORTS OF TCM POLYSACCHRIDES USING THE HPGPC METHOD AND TEST OF THEIR MOLECULAR WEIGHT

目的:为了对药用多糖种类和分子量的分布情况有一个大致的了解。方法:本实验通过高效凝胶渗透色谱技术,分析了五种多糖分子量的分布情况。结果:五种多糖分子量分布情况很相似,明显分成两部分。结论:多糖小分子量部分是一个纯度很高的多糖,具有一定的开发价值。

Objective：To get a crude perception of the composition and the distribution of the molecular weight of the the polysaccharides extracted from 5 sorts of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods：Using HPGPC method,we analyzed the distribution of their molecular weights.Results：The molcular weight distribution of the 5 sorts of polysaccharides show common characteristics and each sort of polysaccharide breaks down into two parts.Conclusion：The part with low molecular weight is likely to be a pure and exploitable substance.
