64排螺旋CT主动脉低剂量对比剂血管成像的临床应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT低剂量对比剂主动脉血管成像的临床应用研究。资料与方法:57例主动脉CT血管成像(CTA)分为3组,采用不同的对比剂剂量:100mL、80mL和60mL。根据原始横断面图像和最大密度投影法(MIP)重建图像评价3组主动脉显示程度;并测量主动脉CT值。结果:主动脉在3组病例中均显影清晰.显影程度评分上3组间无统计学差异。3组主动脉内的对比剂浓度均维持在较高的水平,差异无统计学意义。结论:64排螺旋CT主动脉血管成像使用低剂量对比剂可以满足诊断需要,同时减轻了对比剂不良反应. Objective:To study the feasibility of 64-slices helical CT angiography with low dose contrast agent in the aorta.Materials:and Methods Sixty-six patients with aorta 64-slice CT angiography were divided into 3 groups according to the dosage of contrast agent as follows:100mL,80mL,and 60mL.Each group was graded by using source image and MIP reconstruction for vascular delineation of aorta.Results:The aorta in all groups were well delineated and there were also no significant difference statistically among the three groups on subjective graded scores.CT attenuation values in the artery were high,and with no significant difference among three groups.Conclusion:It is feasible to use low dose contrast agent with 64-slices helical CT angiography in aorta,at the same time it reduced patient's economical burden and the dosage of contrast agent.
