使用催化 曝气微电解 工艺对石 油炼厂延 迟焦 化装 置高 浓度 生产 废水 处理 进行 了现 场 小试研究。 重点考察 了微电 解的作用 和 影响 因素 ,并 结合 电 导率、氧化 还 原电 位( O R P) 的变 化 特 点对处理机 理进行了 探讨,为 中试设计 及运行 提供了较 为完整 的参数。 结果表 明:对 S2 - 及 C O D Cr 总去除率分 别可达 90 % 和68 % 以上,并 大幅提 高了可生 化性,该 工艺 对炼 厂高 浓度 废水 具有 良好
A bench scale experimental study was conducted for treating the wastewater of high concentration from the delayed coking plant of an oil refinery by the catalysis aeration microelectrolysis process.The highlight of the study was put on the effect of the microelectrolysis and the influencing factors;and at the same time,the treating mechanism was discussed using the changing characteristics of the conductivity and redox potential(ORP). As a result,more complete parameters for a pilot test design and operation were given.The results show that the total removal rates of S 2- and COD Cr are over 90% and 68% respectively with the biodegradability improved greatly.Good result can be obtained from the treatment of the wastewater with high concentration from the oil refinery by this process.
