以小肠梗阻为首发表现的消化道粪类圆线虫病一例

摘要
患者男，42岁。因“腹胀、腹痛2个月”于2010年6月17日入院。患者3年前体检时发现有蛋白尿，未重视，半年前出现双下肢水肿，在外院诊为“肾病综合征”，一直服用泼尼松（80mg／次，1次／d）、雷公藤（40mg／次，3次／d）及其他中药，复查尿蛋白逐渐减少，下肢水肿消退。2个月前，患者开始出现腹胀，为全腹持续性饱胀感，伴全腹持续性隐痛，进食后症状加重，排气、排便后稍有减轻，伴纳差。
