帕金森病的神经精神异常症状 被引量：2

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease）的临床表现，除运动症状之外，非运动症状（Non-motor-symptoms）的高发率对患者生活质量影响已经受到越来越多的关注。随着临床研究的进展，人们逐渐将帕金森病的非运动症状分为3类：神经精神异常、自主神经功能障碍与感觉异常^［1］。其中，神经精神异常不仪对患者的身体造成严重伤害，而且给患者心理也带来不容忽视的影响，使患者的生活质量进一步下降，加重了家庭和社会的负担。
