摘要 聚乳酸/羟基乙酸(PLGA)是一类可生物降解的高分子材料,具有良好的生物相容性、安全性、稳定性。PLGA纳米粒作为一种新型的高分子材料超声造影剂,具有显影效果好、大小均匀、抗压性强等特点。PLGA纳米粒应用于药物缓释系统、载基因治疗、疾病诊断、组织工程、疫苗研制等方面。本文主要对PLGA纳米粒的制备、性质及其应用作一综述。 Poly( lactic - co - glycolic) acid(PLGA) is a kind of biodegradable polymer materials. It has good safety, biocompatibility, and stability. As a new kind of high moleculer polymer ultrasound contrast agent, PLGA nanoparticles have many good charaters such as good ultrasound imaging enhancement, small and tight distribution. PLGA nano - technology is widely used in drug delivery system,gene therapy, disease diagnosis, tissue engineering, vaccine development and so on. This article reviews the preparation of PLGA nanoparticles, its nature and clinical applications.
