摘要
目的:观察针刺对AlCl3致阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)大鼠空间记忆障碍的改善作用并探讨其可能机制。方法:采用AlCl3灌胃制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力,免疫印迹检测tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结果:针刺能明显缩短大鼠寻找平台的时间,降低tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结论:针刺能有效改善因AlCl3所致的大鼠空间记忆障碍,其机制可能与抑制tau蛋白过度磷酸化有关。
Objective: To observe the spatial memory impact of acupuncture to AD(Alzheimer's disease,AD) rats and discuss the mechanism.Methods: The AD model was established by AlCl3.Spatial memory retention and tau protein were detected by Morris and Western blot.Results: It was shown that the acupuncture can shorten the time to find the platform and decrease the tau hyperphosphorylation level.Conclusion: Acupuncture may effectively prevent the rats from AlCl3-induced spatial memory deficits by inhibiting tau hyperphosphorylation.
