零距离保肛术治疗低位直肠肿瘤的手术配合 被引量：4

摘要 近年来随着直肠肿瘤保肛新理论、新技术及新器械的发展,低位直肠癌保肛手术的比例明显增大.全直肠系膜切除（toral mesorectal exsicion,TME）联合经肛门内括约肌切除术（intersphincteric resection,ISR）使低位甚至超低位直肠肿瘤未侵犯肛门外括约肌且保肛愿望强烈的患者既保住了肛门又达到肿瘤根治的目的,使保肛根治术不再受距离的限制,大大提高了患者术后的生活质量,成为医生们首选的手术方式[1].
