表现为反复眼肌麻痹的双侧海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘1例

摘要患者,女性,70岁,因＂反复视物成双半年,再发加重20余天＂入院.患者半年前无明显诱因出现视物成双,无眼痛、头痛、头晕,无偏侧肢体乏力或感觉异常,曾来我院住院治疗,头颅MRI提示＂多发腔隙性脑梗死＂,予以改善脑循环及营养神经等治疗后好转.
