摘要
建设"两型都市农业"是发展现代农业和新农村建设的内在要求,是推进农村改革发展的重要目标。文章在分析"两型都市农业"内涵的基础上,针对上海"两型都市农业"发展面临的资源和环境等障碍因素,提出了上海建设"两型都市农业"的基本路径和政策建议。
To construct the environment-friendly and resource-saving urban agriculture is an inherent requirement of developing modern agriculture and building a new countryside and also an important goal of promoting the rural reform and development.Based on the connotation of environment-friendly and resource-saving urban agriculture,the paper analyzes the resources and environmental obstacle factors in developing this agriculture in Shanghai and puts forward the basic paths,policies and proposals for constructing this agriculture in Shanghai.
