水稻新品系“上师大3号”苗期生长特性的初步研究

摘要 以"秀水123"和"上师大3号"为研究对象,分析了两个水稻材料的生长特性,结果表明:"上师大3号"露白率和发芽势分别比"秀水123"高出约90个百分点和10个百分点,分别达到极显著和显著差异。采用蒸馏水和营养液两种方式培养第5天和第10天时,除蒸馏水和营养液培养第10天"上师大3号"最长根长平均值极显著小于"秀水123",及营养液培养第10天两者的根数平均值差异不显著外,其余性状"上师大3号"均显著高于"秀水123",且铵态氮吸收量也显著高于"秀水123"。 The comparison of growth characteristics between the rice cultivar"Xiushui 123"and the new rice line"Shangshida 3"showed that the rate of corcle-showing seeds and germination vigor of"Shangshida 3"were respectively about 90 and 10 percentage points higher than those of"Xiushui 123",and the difference between both rice materials was very significant in rate of corcle-showing seeds and significant in germination vigor.When both rice materials were cultured with distilled water and nutrient fluid for 5 and 10 days,the average maximum root length of"Shangshida 3"cultured for 10 days with distilled water or nutrient fluid was very significantly less than that of"Xiushui 123",the average root numbers of both rice materials cultured with nutrient fluid for 10 days were not significantly different,but in the other seedling characters the measured values of"Shangshida 3"were significantly higher than those of"Xiushui 123",and the amount of ammonium nitrogen absorbed by"Shangshida 3"was also significantly higher than that absorbed by"Xiushui 123".
