摘要
JK-3菌株是从西瓜根际筛选得到的一种革兰氏阳性菌,大小为3.0~4.2μm×0.7~1.0μm,菌落呈淡黄色、圆形、隆起、无褶皱、边缘整齐。扫描电镜观察表明,该菌周生鞭毛,卵圆形芽孢,孢囊膨大。培养4d后菌落表面有较多粘性物质生成。通过16S rDNA测序、常规生理生化方法以及Biolog微生物自动鉴定系统的碳源测定等3种方法鉴定出该根际细菌为多粘类芽孢杆菌。平板对峙培养和孢子萌发试验表明,该菌株对多种植物病原真菌具有良好的拮抗作用并能产生抗生物质。
The strain JK-3 screened from watermelon roots is a kind of Gram-positive bacterium with rod-shape(3.0~4.2μm×0.7~1.0μm),and the colony assumes light yellow and an appearance of round,bulge,no wrinkle and regular edge.Under a scanning electron microscope the bacterium is peritrichous and has an oval spore and a swelling cyst.Cultured for 4 days,the colony produces much sticky substance on its surface.The JK-3 is identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa by three methods-16S rDNA sequencing,conventional physiological and biochemical analysis and the Biolog automated microbes identification system.The dual culture and spore germination tests showed that the JK-3 has high antagonism to many important phytopathogens and can produce antibiotic substance.
