摘要
目的探讨环境干预在儿童口腔治疗中的应用效果。方法将100例儿童龋齿治疗患者随机分为干预组与对照组。对照组接受常规的龋齿治疗,干预组在此基础上给予背景音乐及观看动画片,缓解紧张情绪及分散注意力。结果干预组患儿的治疗完成率、所需时间及心率变化与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<均0.05)。结论环境干预可改善儿童口腔治疗患者的心理障碍,对其完成口腔治疗具有积极的促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of environmental intervention in children oral treatment.Methods One hundred children with caries were randomly divided into interventianal group and control groups.The control group received the conventional treatment of dental caries.On this basis,the interventianal group were given background music and watching cartoons,so as to ease tension and distract their attention.Results Children's treatment completion rate,time and heart rate in interventianal group were statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Environmental intervention can improve the psycho-logical obstacles of children with oral treatment,and has a positive role in the completion of oral treatment.
