老年舒张性心力衰竭误诊分析 被引量：1

摘要 舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）是以存在心力衰竭（以下简称心衰）的症状和体征,心室舒张功能异常,射血分数正常为特征的临床综合征。其临床症状、体征缺乏特异性,诊断尚无统一标准。
