高校体育资源现状和配置优化的策略选择——以浙江省杭州高教园区为例

The Strategic Choice of the Status Quo and Optimization of Allocation of Sports Resources in Higher Education Institutes——A Case Study of Higher Education Park in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province

杭州下沙高教园区的开发与建设是浙江省政府建设经济强省、文化强省的重要举措。运用问卷调查、实地考察、专家访谈等方法,对杭州下沙高教园区14所高校的体育资源现状、存在问题及成因进行了研究分析:目前,杭州下沙高校园区高校体育资源存在着结构性矛盾、共享率低等问题。揭示了原有体育资源配置的信息机制、决策机制以及具体的配置方式上缺陷是产生上述结构性问题的主要原因。研究对杭州下沙高教园区未来的体育资源配置方式的优化提出了:以体现学生需要为特征的、资源共享的资源配置方式和相应的制度调整的选择途径。

The development and construction of Hangzhou Xiasha higher education park is an important measure taken by the Zhejiang government to construct an economically and culturally powerful province.The study used questionnaires,field observation,expert interview and so on to analyze the present state of sports resources,existing problems and their causes among fourteen colleges and universities.At present, there exist problems of structure contradiction and low sharing rate of sports resources which mainly result from the original weakness in information mechanism,policy mechanism and allocation patterns.To optimize of allocation of sports resources,it proposes alternatives related to the allocation of resource sharing and relative regulation adjustment which featured by the demand of students.
