足球比赛节奏表面上是一个非常抽象的概念,实际上它是客观存在的,能够控制比赛节奏,一直是运动员比赛能力高低的重要标志之一。本研究第一次系统的就某一个运动训练项目的比赛节奏问题进行系统全面的理论模型构建与实证研究,对于完善一般训练学的不足,填补足球专项训练理论的空白有重要意义。主要通过文献资料法、访谈法、观察统计法论证了足球比赛节奏理论模型构成因素主要是比赛进攻节奏和比赛防守节奏;足球比赛进攻节奏主要通过比赛进攻速度、比赛进攻发起的场区、传球方式、传球形式、通过何种方式发起的进攻这些指标来表现;足球比赛防守节奏主要通过比赛防守速度、比赛防守完成的区域、比赛防守完成的方式这些指标来表现。

Soccer game rhythm is not just a kind of conception,but it is an objective existence.How to control the soccer game rhythm and help the team win the game is one of the important abilities for the whole team.This is the first research which sets up a theory building and empirical study for a single game＇s rhythm problem.It may have a big value for the training theory.Through the methods of documentation,interview,mathematical statistics and game-watching statistics it proved that attacking rhythm and defending rhythm are the main two parts of soccer game rhythm model.The attacking rhythm is performed by attacking speed,the starting area of attacking,the style of pass,the kinds of pass and the methods of obtaining the control of the match.The soccer defensive rhythm is performed by defensive speed,the finished area of defense and the methods which were used during the game.
