摘要心房纤颤（房颤）是临床最常见的心律失常。在一般人群中房颤的患病率约为0．4％～1％，而在80岁以上的人群中发病率大于8％。房颤也是心脏外科手术最常见的并发症，在冠脉旁路移植术后发病率约为30％，而瓣膜置换术后可高达60％。抗凝、节律控制及心率控制为房颤的治疗策略。
